Until my dealings with Steve Vaughn and the service crew at Regal I refused to have any work done at dealerships. I now know they all not all alike. Steve went well out of his way to make sure my experience with my brakes on a new Murano was resolved very quickly. I was given a very nice loaner to drive and was constantly updated on parts delivery and repairs. My car was cleaned and looked showroom new upon pickup. I have since purchased 2 more vehicles and had the same courteous service. TY
