Cruised the Historic Highway 101 Route from San Diego North and came upon a classic old Drive-In looking eatery on Coast Highway in Oceanside. Grabbed Mom and the kids and cruised inside to find that they had not changed the interior from the 50's. No it was clean and spiffy, but, it looked like it was last remodeled in the 50's. Met by a friendly waitress and settled down to discover a menu made for dad, mom and the kids. With the great service we enjoyed the fresh food. Fun place for a family and anyone else looking for an authentic good time. The 101 Cafe is now on our list of Fun Cafes to frequent.
