I just moved to the neighborhood, which as far as I can tell is mostly students and young professionals. So I want to know who can afford this place?! It's not just the cost -- if they want to charge exorbitant fees ($24 to dry clean a dress, $16 for a pair of jeans, etc.), that's their right, and their returning customers' privilege. But they have NO POSTED PRICE LIST and NO FEES ON YOUR TICKET to warn you that you're going to pay through the nose for what is, at best, perfectly average cleaning and service. Bottom line: Sterling has a tarnished reputation, and there is absolutely no reason not to go to one of the many other cleaners in the nabe.
Pros: Convenient location
Cons: Horrendous prices, no price lists ANYWHERE, even the ""new customer discount"" is a joke.
