I planned to go to Annie's, but getting in the door there felt like getting on the subway at rush hour. We were told the wait would be at least 45 minutes. So we found this place a few doors down. We were seated immediately near the fireplace. We were eating within 10 minutes of walking in. The ambiance makes the place seem more expensive than it is. The menu had plenty for me, an adventurous eater, and my company, a picky teenager, to choose from. I had a flawless lobster meat omelete. The clientele appeared geriatric compared to the hipster/yuppie packed Annie's.
Pros: modest price, no wait
Cons: not very modern/ ""hip""
