I waited for two hours for an ultrasound appt. only to be told that the machine was broken and to reschedule. During that 2 hour span, I was never informed of any problems instead I was repeatedly told that I would be next or seen in 5 minutes. The administrative staff was rude and incompetent. When I asked for my prescription back, I was told to wait until another staff members came back from her lunch break to look for it. After even more waiting, I was then only given a copy because the staff member did not want to be bothered by having to look for it. During my long wait, I witnessed other terribly upset patients voicing their concern on their equally long waits, bad service and the staff's lack of effective communication. This was such a horrible experience, I will never go back!
