This past week my boss tasked me with finding him a minivan for him and his family for a trip to Philadelphia. I called around but as this was a Friday i was not having much luck in locating a van for him. When I called Pam Rent A Car the girl on the phone said they did not have one at the moment but would see if she could arrange to have one brought to the store for my boss to come in and rent. She took my name and number and in just about 10 minutes she called me back to say they were having a van driven over to the store in St. James from another location in Brooklyn. My boss was able to drive over and pick it up and even leave his car at there office so he would not have to stop and pick his wife up to drive the extra car. My boss was so pleased he asked me to be sure and call Pam in the future before i call any other agency. I wish to send a special thanks to the staff for making my job so easy and making me look great in my bosses eyes.
