The WORST Chinese experience ever!!! The owner is argumentative and disrespectful. The staff doesn't know the menu. The take out takes 45 minutes. They don't prepare the food as asked. When I arrived I asked for another item on my phone order and asked to cancel another item. They said that they could not cancel even though they had not even started to prepare it. They billed me for my cancelled order and for my added item that had only been added at my arrival (when I had also asked for the cancellation). I had asked for mild prep. All my food had red peppers, too spicy.
