I'm a regular when it comes to getting my nails done and I love looking fancy. My regular gal wasn't available and so I had to take an appointment with a lady named Nicole; and let me tell you, I'll never be seeing her again! She was extremely unprofessional and continously sneezed all over my hands during my fill. She never washed her hands a single time! She kept chatting on her cell phone and prolonged my visit to an unacceptable hour and a half for a simple fill! After I asked her to please concentrate on me as I had a prior engagement that I was now going to be late to, she gave me a snotty attitude and proceeded to be careless with her use of products, which caused me to end up with a fungal infection on 6 out of my 10 nails! She later denied that she ever provided service to me and would not reimburse me for my money spent on the faulty "work" she did. I do not recommend Nicole!
