Hi, i tell all my friends that i have had the best expereinces at JJ designs. My 1st haircut came from a 4 visit pkg purchased by my employer. Sytlist Raina gave all of us some of our best cuts and colors ever. Yes it's true she's amazing and very personable.. And our massage therapist although quite young, is really good and she also is a manicurist giviing 1st rate pedis and manis and she's charming.
And if you are dissatified in any way they are quick to find a solution to solve the issue. A friend of mine was not quite sure she liked her cut and they offered a free touch-up cut, but after a few days my friend realized she loved the cut, she just wasn't used to it at 1st.
Hair cut and color prices are comparable to other good salons in the city - which means not cheap but worth the service. The mani, pedi and massage prices are very reasonable.
It's a lively salon with a refreshing staff and lots of product to choose from - highly reccomended.
