This place had everthing! We stayed in wonderful room with a little kitchen and fireplace. The concierge assisted us in finding dinner plans and her recommendations were dead on. There was even wine and chees hour in the lobby. My husband had a good ole time looking at all the old collectibles in there. Our room felt like home with all the different decor. It was not your generic hotel at all. They bring you breakfast every morning and it's all complimentary. This is the perfect place for couples and its so close to so many great things in Carmel-by-the-sea.
