Some 2 years ago, a trusted friend recommended CafeTrang and because I enjoy and love trying Asian restaurants, I went expecting great food. What I got was slow service (and with only some 3 tables of people present) and 2/3 of my plate selections, burned. The spring roll was black burned on half the portion and the rice was also burned. I tried a very small portion of the rice that didn't appear as burned, and it had an ""old"" , ""been in the restaurant too long"" taste. I returned my meal, and left. NOT recommended.
