I ordered some Beef Lo Mein, Crab Puffs, and Sizzling Rice Soup to be delivered from Rose Garden Chinese Restaurant. \r

The meat in the lo mein was RED, as in not cooked. The crab puffs were filled with tofu, and I got hot and sour soup.\r

I assumed that if I called, I could get a refund, or they would offer to bring me something else, or give me a credit...or just an apology for the error. I got ""You should have ordered the meat well done"" and ""you order hot and sour soup!"" Not, ""we're so sorry for the mistake."" I'm so seriously offended about this, and I assumed that other people might be as well.
Pros: The only place that delivers to Roger and Oracle
Cons: Bloody meat
