To say that I was reluctant to begin yet another exercise program is an understatement. I have always disliked exercise and had to force myself to do it. But a friend's strong recommendation got me to give this place a try. It is far and away the most enjoyable training program I've ever used. All the trainers take a personal interest in each client and vary the exercise so that it is never boring. From the beginning, I was amazed to find myself happy to go each week, and after three months I was really enjoying it. I am converted. This is an amazing place.
