They will keep your car for weeks (it seems that everything is on backorder).They will use as many of your old parts that they can get away with and bill the insurance company for new parts. They also used my rental car after I had dropped it off at the shop ( the car rental people said they are notorious for this). This is one business to avoid at all costs.
