Many of my friends have sang the praises for Zankou chicken and it's well deserved. While many customers opt for the half chicken served with pita bread and pickles, my favorite is the chicken tarna wrap: perfectly marinated chicken nestled with the restaurant's signature creamy garlic sauce in a toasty pita. All chicken is roasted on a-spit inhouse which gives it a crispy skin and a deliciously moist texture. The garlic sauce is the real reason to visit Zankou, I've never tasted anything quite like it.
