Wanting a traditional Pizza Hut pan pizza, I ordered online and went to pick it up. The waiting room was crowded and dirty, the employees uniforms faded with no nametags on any one of the workers. My pizza was made with the wrong crust: ""We were out,"" was the excuse when I brought it back.
