Knowing quite a bit about autos and what is needed to do what is best, trusting my car repair to a shop was not easy. This shop is easy to get to and advertised being a part of the CarQuest parts team. All seemed good - all the right certificates and symbols... but I was judging the book by it's cover - and boy, am I ever sorry I did not do the research BEFORE opening the book! BIG hassle, big expense, big disappointment. I can't tell you all the sorry details, but I will say, if you value your sanity and need to feel secure when you leave your vehicle at a shop for repairs, this is NOT the place to go!!
