My bf and I came here on one of the snow days when we just couldn't bear to be burdened with making another dinner. Plus we wanted to test our tires out on the streets ;) Susumu had been recommended by a good friend, and to us it seemed to be located at such an odd place. Out in the middle of Lynnwood under a hotel? Oh well. We tried it and were very happy we did so. Much like the overrated Benihana, chefs will come and prepare your food tableside. However, we found that the portions were much larger and were flavored better as well. All at a fraction of the price and a more laid-back environment. We will definitely be coming here again!
Pros: great value, nicely flavored food, friendly staff
Cons: location, but hey at least there's free parking!
