We came home x-mas night to a fridge on the fritz. I called 2 local and 1 national business and Mike was the only one who could work me in before Thursday. I called his business at 9:30am and Mike called me (at work) at 2:30pm to let me know he was on his way to the house. Unlike many of his competitors he didn't nickle and dime me to death with diagnostic charges, inflated parts fees etc and he respected my time; I didn't have to leave work for 4 hours waiting for someone to show up. Less than $100 for his time and the parts needed. In addition, he was very sweet to my two nosy cats! \r
