Pho Hoang has been my favorite place to eat pho in Austin. I insist that you eat only the pho. I'm a regular there; however, they disappointed me on Dec. 8,2007. I ordered the usual, which is the beef pho with my usual request (slices of raw beef on a separate plate). The pho was not hot enough to cook my slices of beef. When I brought it to their attention, they did not seem to care.
