I was a faithful patient to Dr. Parl. However, since he has retired and turned his office over into new hands, the following has occured over a 6 month period:\r
I have been given someone else's medical results (versus my own), I have been billed for a nonexistent appointment, I have been sent to collections over a bill I never knew existed --which was due to the office having someone else's address and phone number on my billing file (although my correct address & phone was ""all over"" my paper file per the office). Not sure how the office changed so much since Dr. Parl's retirment.\r

Mistakes happen and people are human. However, a good business resolves the mistakes immediately and puts quality control in place to alleviate it from happening again.
