I usually do my own plumbing, but I injured myself trying to fix this one, and ended up having to call Roland's. I'm glad I did. They weren't just polite, they were NICE. I talked to Roland, explained what the issue was, and he had someone out to my home within a half hour. He also had me laughing and smiling again before I got off the phone. Their rates were very reasonable, and they had the water main reconnected in less than an hour. This has been frustrating me for days, but I was still smiling after I paid the bill.\r
Louis was the plumber that actually came out, and he was a sweetheart. He didn't mind my daughter buzzing curiously around him or me and my husband watching the work. He held a conversation with us while he and his assistant fixed the pipes like they'd seen the exact same thing a million times before. \r
I've already added their number to my phone book, both on and offline, and if you ever need your plumbing fixed, these are the guys to call. I've already recommended them to my parents, and I'm willing to recommend them to anyone with a plumbing problem. \r
I'm never fixing my own plumbing again. I'm just calling Roland.
