Worst customer service ever. The employees are not interested in anything but their commission and are extremely rude and unhelpful. Don't bother asking for the Manager, Mike, because he is unprofessional and completely unaccommodating. When seeking help for an exchange, he put my bag on the counter in my face and said there was nothing he could do. DON'T SHOP AT SHOE MANIA at Union Square.
