I was disappointed in this design firm. My experience was that they were not helpful nor careful with selections for my very expensive bathroom in which several mistakes were made and then, not replaced or exchanged by the firm. Designed allowed sinks to be installed which were incorrect - didn't even check them first to see if they were correct. Designer did not order correct granite. I would not use them again nor recommend them to anyone.
Cons: Mistakes made - no responsibility taken for the mistakes. Poor judgement. Terrible taste.
