Reasonably good physicians; Better yet, run of the mill. Average at best. Staff is not remotely knowledgeable. Technicians/Nurses are very friendly, but appear supremely incompetent. Receptionists are rude and reminiscent of the same service at a McDonald's drive through with horrible bed side manner, an ""everybody owes me something"" attitude, an ""I'm better than you and shouldn't have to work"" attitude, and an uncomfortably narcistic point of view with respect to customer service. I have seen on multiple visits that blacks receive better, more respectful, and more cordial service from the support staff than others. I'm thinking about getting a tan before my next recheck.
