Have known the owner before he opened his shop. He has serviced my all of my cars. We always talk about what the problem could be and look over the car together before any work is done. He constantly communicates especially if the problem might take longer than expected. I usually try to get my vehicle there 30 mins before the shop officially opens. Norm's attitude is always the same...friendly and professional! I have NEVER had a problem with his work.
