I bought 2 used cars from them less than 3 weeks ago, and I wouldn't even tell my worst enemy to buy a car from them. Lazy, uncaring service dept and overall couldn't give a sh** about their customers. One had the service engine light come on after driving it 14 days. Since its not a Toyota, they really can't work on it they told me, so they sent it over to Nissan. No one from the service dept even calls me to let me know whats going on. I keep calling them, and its "" I was at the dentist, as soon as I get a chance, haven't heard from Nissan yet"" They have had my truck for 4 days. I called a different Nissan and they told me that the problem takes a few hours to fix. I guess people at Cobb Toyota don't give a shi** that I have a job and need my vechicle. I understand it was a used car and there might be some problems, but try to get it fixed in a timely manner and keep me up to date on whats going on. I've rented a car the past 4 days and asked if they pay for it. ""Nope, you had the option to buy the extended warranty and you didn't"" Seems like thats what they like to say. I have purchased cars before at a dealership, and they usually kiss your butt before and after you buy a car. I guess Cobb Toyota has so much business that they don't need repeat customers. I know of 2 other people looking to purchase a car in the next couple of weeks, and I've already told them to stay away. Since this part is ""not covered"" under their sucky 60 day warranty, I can't wait to see how much they want to rip me off.
Pros: none at all, go somewhere else
Cons: Worst service and after purchase follow up is the worst
