I've been to this store on several occassions and every time there has been poor customer service. Every time I went there for shoes it would take forever for a sales person to come over to me. I was there two days ago and I waited almost ten minutes for my shoes! On a seperate occasion, I bought a men's collar shirts on sale for $140 each (great deal) for a christmas present for someone. When i went home and realized that my sister had already bought him a shirt, I wanted to go back and return it. Now, I understand that if a store has a ""All sale items Final"" policy than fine..can't argue. BUT, when I bought the shirt, the salesperson didn't tell me! Yes, it's on the receipt but he folded the receipt and put it in the little envelope and in my bag. Of course, i didn't look at it until I got home. Evidently, I was not allowed to return the shirt and now have a very nice designer shirt sitting in my closet. Pros: duh....GUCCI Cons: poor service more
