I have called 3 times - left two messages in 2 different vm boxes and one message to a general mailbox - no return call. I have written an email for a "faster" response but to no avail. I had an affluent customer coming in town from overseas to outfit their new 25MM home, but no one wanted to call me back. I tried but have given up - life is too busy to continually track down poor service. Business at Glabman must be good to adhere to these business practices. Anyone know of a competitor?
