Enjoyed the New Years Menu

I attended Vermont with my friends for the new years menu for the second seating of the night. The decoration and the vibe was incredible. The best part of the night was the food. I had the Crab Bisque to start and the endive salad and ended with the Sea Bass, one word, EXCELLENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The presentation was excellent and great flavors. All the food was great, agreed with all my friends. One of my friends ordered the Fettuccine and he said it was the best dish ever. The service was kinda slow, and might have needed improvement. My compliments to the Chef of Vermont. One of the waiters passing by had a smell of ciggarettes, which was a real dissapoinment. The Valet was good too, although they were really busy.
Pros: The FOOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
