When I first bought my truck from Horizon about 6 years ago I had a great experience. So much so that my dad also bought a truck that same night. They stayed open late on a holiday and the salesperson was amazing! It was my first new car and I was very impressed.
Since then I have been underwhelmed by the service that I have received from the dealership. The service representative never seemed to take me seriously when I brought my truck in for repairs.
Once I was overcharged for a service and dealing with the comptrollers was an absolute nightmare. She was rude and completely out of line, to the point where I have the branch manager's direct phone number now.
The receptionists over the phone are not always the most effective - I have been accidently hung up on 3 times in one phone call when she was trying to transfer my call.
One day I can call the service department and ask a question on how to repair something myself and in 5 minutes they can talk me through it over the phone. Another day they tell me that it is impossible to fix over the phone, that I would need to bring it in so they can take a look at it and then advise how it can be fixed.
Even after all of this, I may still purchase another car from this dealer, I just would not recommend dealing with anyone else in the dealership.
