Killer sushi!! Tough to find great sushi in the Midwest, but Dancing Wasabi has it. Sushi Charlie is fun and creative. He did a 40 glass sake bomb and passed out shot's. Great experience, lot's of fun. I spent the last 15 years in food and beverage and have been to dozens of sushi bar's. I will definantly go back.
Pros: Sushi and Environment
Cons: get there before it fills up. Parking is rough.
