Should be zero stars. This place is absolutely horrible. The vet specializes in livestock, and he should stick to that because he has no bedside manner whatsoever. The staff and vet were rude, and they charged me $40 more that what they quoted me over the phone in the form of a "new client fee". If you care about your pet and want to see them treated with dignity and respect, please don't go there.
