I'm surprised the previous reviewer was happy with their visit as I was pretty much left unsatisfied. Though the store is large and has plenty of inventory, the prices are definitely higher than other stores in the area. Additionally, they have a couple staff members that will help you buy your fish but no one will really answer higher level questions. The store owner seems completely detached and leaves things to his underlings who are quick to answer any question with "could be disease". \r

Also, I have heard from 1) other customers and 2) other fish stores and 3) on forums that Tongs adds chemicals to their water to make their fish more relaxed, copper I believe it was (might be something else). Take note of this.
