My glasses broke and I called his office to see if they could help me. I wasn't a patient but they had me come in and were able to repair them in just a few minutes and didn't charge me. After that I became a patient and I love how much time they are willing to spend with me, not only getting the right prescription but also the right pair of frames. I highly recommend them.
