I think that the rating for pilates at the concord athletic club, is very accurate. I take pilates and it is the very best pilates class that I have ever taken. The teacher, Caroline is wonderful. She is very precise, and instructive.....very patient and very knowledgeable. The result is a client that gets a fantastic workout which includes strenthening and lenghtening of the muscles and focusing on the core muscles for better health and posture. I enjoy it immensly! way to go Caroline!! and Concord !!!
