Every time I visit The Cheese Store of Beverly Hills, I see something new I want to buy/try. Tony Princiotta turned me on to Walnut Oil and gave me a recipe off the top of his head for a vineagrette to go with their Fondue for Two, which is the new crowd pleaser at my house. While I do buy cheese here, I am finding that lately I buy more gourmet items to cook with. And I am always impressed with the number of languages spoken by the different staff persons, who are all specialists of some sort.
