I needed one room packed and shipped. I advised the mover not to pack the clothes in the closet as I had already put the clothes on the bed that needed to go. He misunderstood and packed part of the clothes in the closet. I did not realize this before he left. I tried to find out what my options were, the General Manager was rude and hateful, I was just tryingt o find out where I needed to go to get my things, he basically called me names, and was very hateful and sarcastic. I tried to tal to a supervisor, but he was the General Manager, the owner did not return my calls.
