While eating pretzels in the mall on a Saturday around 4:00 p.m., we had the very bad idea to eat an early dinner at P.F. Chang's. I had been there before on a very crowded Saturday night, but it was my boyfriend's first time. We figured that we'd be in & out since the restaurant was empty. We were seated immediately but had to wait more than 15 minutes for service. While we sat waiting, we saw numerous waiters walking back & forth trying to avoid us. Finally a waiter (which we hadn't seen before) came over. He was surprised to learn that no one had come over to us. We ordered the Crab Wontons & our Entrees at the same time. The appetizer came out quickly as did our drinks. We sat waiting for our entrees for an hour. We contemplated leaving since we were already full on soda. For about 45 minutes, I had to continuously convince my boyfriend not to walk out. Our waiter told us that our food would be out in a few minutes, then disappeared for about 30 mins. We saw people come in, get seated, & start eating while we sat drinking soda. The waiter finally came with complimentary appetizers because he felt bad for us. He also told us that someone had taken our food which made us even more upset. The Chicken Lettuce cups were absolutely disgusting; I would've left if I had had to pay for them. By the time the food came, we were too upset to enjoy it. To this day, we still can't understand why it took us 2 hours to eat & leave when the restaurant wasn't even crowded. I wish I could get my money & 2 hours back. I also wish we would've chosen The Cheesecake Factory instead. Never Again!!!

Cons: Service was HORRIBLE; Lighting is too dark.
