My wife and I decided to try this place out after I read a review on it in the NY Times. We loved the live mariachi band and their chips and salsa + green sauce were excellent. This might be the best tex-mex we've had, and is much more mex than places such as chuy's/cafe adobe etic. The margaritas are good, but I don't think they had much tequilla in them - I had both frozen and on the rocks, and the rocks is for sure the way to go. I will say that the band can be kind of loud, but after a few minutes i didn't really have a problem with it. I hear this place is open until 3 AM, so they must have a good time after the main dinner time is cleared out. We will definitely be going back and taking friends!
Pros: Great food, great ambience, fun place!
Cons: Loud band can drown out conversation
