went in on a referral and was set on getting a certain top brand tv. Harold was very informative and helped me decide on an even better purchase -- I didn't think that was possible given the amount of research I had done but seeing is believing. Harold was honest and helpful. His prices were lower than any other (even the internet). Customer service was incredible! I had my tv's delivered as promised with absolutely no problems. When the tv's were delivered there was a miscommunication about one of the specifics but Harold quickly fixed the problem with no hesitation or problems whatsoever. I HIGHLY recommend going to Telecenter! P.S. Sony LCD all the way baby!
