One of the Worst Experiences

I would never go back to Laguna Eyes Optometry (Dr. William Harrison or Dr. Alicia Harrison) and I wouldn't recommend Laguna Eyes Optometry to anyone. The worst experience has been confusing statements and really unhelpful associates. As a result, I had to contact my vision insurance and medical insurance to figure out dates, costs and claims for all services and sort out the entire mess. I also had to have both insurance companies contact them directly since neither the doctor or the associate handling the statements returned my call. Treating clients in such a manner is unacceptable. Incompetent and extremely unprofessional.
I highly recommend Dr. Spanggord at SouthCoast medical center. They not only perform routing vision exams, but they are also optimologists and can treat conditions of the eye. They will only recommend/perform tests and prescribe treatments that are necessary. Office staff is professional and consistent in regards to billing. The last thing you want as a patient is an optometrist that prescribes an anti-biotic drop for an unidentified condition of the eye hoping that it solves the problem or order unnecessary tests.
