I am a business traveler as well as traveling for personal time and this best western is one of the WORST I HAVE EVER BEEN TO for any hotel....\r They tried to transfer us to a different room halfway thru our 5 day stay due to overbooking and hotel reservation errors....\r Our phone service was ""accidentally"" shut off and we missed several important calls\r The ""Complimentary"" shuttle service to the strip was late or non existent and it is one of the reasons we chose this hotel.\r We asked for towels, the maid didn't knock (I was taking a nap), she just opened the door and threw the towels on the bathroom counter....\r The Shuttle service to take us to our flight back home was over an HOUR LATE and the desk clerk said it was her mistake...""SHE FORGOT to tell the shuttle driver""!!!!\r NEVER, NEVER, NEVER stay at this paticular hotel...most Best Western's aren't like this.....\r ON top of everything else....HOTEL MANAGER was ""Unavailable"" to speak with the entire time (5 days) we were there. Pros: close to the airport....IF YOU CAN GET THEM TO GET YOU THERE Cons: SERVICE Hotel Manager unavailable for 5 days to talk with us more
