Please be careful with the outside appearance. It looks nice from the outside, but the inside could not be worse. They charge $2500 for a furnished one bedroom where I found trash from the previous renters ( including somebodies tissues on the couch) that was never cleaned up. The furniture was rotten. The carpet was partially wet. Half of the appliances did not work. I also had feces in front of my window on the first floor that had been there for more than two months (never cleaned up). But the worst are the office staff of the royal equestrian. When I complained about the above mentioned "amenities," they were the most arrogant people I ever met, for no reason, did not want to talk, or much less do anything (never did anything). DO NOT COME TO THE ROYAL EQUESTRIAN unless you want the above mentioned amenities!
