My wife's jeep had a flat in the parking lot where she worked on a Saturday. She called Les Schwab in Redmond at 4:40 something and the guy on the phone was rude and said he was closing at 5:00PM. She said fine and that she would call someone else to have it fixed. The same guy on the phone from Les Schwab showed up unexpectedly and charged her $85 for coming there and a $135 for the tire. She said when she went to go get the jeep, after 5:00 PM, they were not closed and were still working on other cars. Hmmm... do I smell a scam here.
