Pros: The folks here are always very nice, and the bread is fantastic. \r
Cons: I just picked up a sandwich with bacon on it, and I found that the bacon is literally burned to a crisp - it is almost totally black. Not very appetizing, and I'm guessing it's not very healthy either.
