I have to second the other user review for this location. The ""designer"" is horribly rude, unclear about her business expectations, and generally was not up front with me. I recently contacted Jelena to design an engagement ring. Through the course of several meetings, phone calls, and emails, she refused to discuss simple questions like the price and deposit amounts. She then had the gall to set up an appointment where she screamed at me for asking these questions! I do not want someone like this designing anything that will be an integral part of my life.
Cons: Rude staff, inability to answer questions, waste of time, disorganized, huge markup
