I just moved into the neighborhood and saw this gym and decided to check it out...and am I glad I did! I love this place. It's never crowded so I don't have to wait for the machines I want to use - even during the ""busy"" times. It definitely has a very ""neighborhood"" feel, which I prefer to the chain gyms any day. \r
The gym has Yoga classes on Thu nights and that's been great and I'm even considering trying their JuJitsu classes...scary! But the main thing I like is the low-key workout environment. The people are just there to workout, not to pose, cruise or bs, which makes me feel very comfortable in my non-fashionable gym attire! \r
Highly recommended!
Pros: no crowds, mellow atmosphere, no bs.
