i have been coming here for about a year now and haven't found any better shabu shabu spots in LA. although the wait may seem long it's definitely worth the wait. it's best to go during lunch time because the prices are cheaper. the menu includes, beef, vegetables, beer and iced coffee (which i normally get). i'll add the red chili and chili oil directly to the meat, then i'll season the broth with garlic, both types of onions, red chili, and some soy sauce. i only use the ponzu sauce to which i add garlic, green onions and, the red chilli. after i finish cooking the meat i'll drop it in the ponzu for a few seconds to soak up some extra flavor. and when i'm done w/ all the meat and rice i'll add the extra ponzu sauce to the broth mix it for a bit then ask for an extra bowl and drink the broth. THIS PLACE IS THE BEST, GO HERE FIRST BEFORE YOU TRY ANY OTHER SHABU SHABU HOUSE. it's so good i'm planning on buying a shabu shabu hotpot one day
