We came from East Tennessee where we had Big Ed's Pizza, probably the best pizza in the world but we have tried every place, well still trying, in Colorado and Beau Jo's Pizza is the best we have found so far. If you dont know what Big Ed's is sorry for your luck but it is the best ever. So, when we found Beau Jo's Pizza we were so happy. We have gone to the actual resturant in Idaho Springs as well as the other locations and they are all quality. As for the person knocking the crust, sure....it is not everyones cup of tea but if you read the menu its actually mentioned that that part is your dessert with honey. We for one love this place more than any other we have tried and we are for sure picky about our pizza!!!!
